When will my gift box be assembled and shipped?

Your gift box will be assembled and shipped within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise stated).

Where do you ship?

Heartfelt Gift Box ships only within the United States at this time.

What are your shipping options?

We offer USPS shipping. The expected arrival times of each option that we offer are as follows:

USPS First Class Mail - estimated delivery of 1-3 business days. Package must be 13 oz or less to qualifiy for this rate.

USPS Priority Mail - estimated delivery of 1-3 business days.

USPS Priority Mail Express - estimated delivery of 1-2 business days.

Note: All delivery ranges are estimated and are not guaranteed.

Heartfelt Gift Box is no longer responsible for any damage or any other issue after the gift box has been shipped.

Can I order multiple gift boxes and ship to different addresses within the same order?

Yes! When ordering multiple gift boxes to different addresses, click the "Ship to Mulitiple Addresses" checkbox at the top of your cart page. The page will reload and give you the oppurtunity to put a different address for each box listed in your cart. When you move to checkout, each box will have the total listed, including shipping and tax (if applicable) for each box.

If you want multiple gift boxes to be shipped to the same address for you to hand-deliver to your loved ones, we would love to do that for you! All your gift boxes would be put into one be box and shipped to you that way.

I would like to make an order of more than one gift box to be delivered to one address. Is that possible?

Absolutely! Build or add as many boxes as you want to your cart and simply checkout like normal to one address. Our policy would be to put all of the packed gift boxes into a large shipping box. If you have any specific requests, please reach out to us! We would love to accommodate your wishes if possible!

Can I have my order delivered on a specific date?

Yes! Heartfelt Gift Box now offers a Delivery Date option!

At the bottom of the cart page, a delivery date option is listed. Click it and select which date you would like for the gift box to be delivered.

By selecting a specific date, you acknowledge and accept that we cannot guarantee your gift box will be delivered on the specific date chosen because shipping service times are estimated. Our team will do our best to have the gift box(s) delivered on the selected delivery date.

I put the wrong address on my order! Can you help?

If you have just placed your order, email us immediately with the correct address. If the gift box hasn’t been labeled and shipped yet, we will happily change the shipping address!

If the gift box has been labeled but not shipped, an additional fee will be charged for the new label.

If the gift box has already been shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do.

What is The Marketplace?

Heartfelt Gift Box offers the Marketplace to give you opportunity to purchase our items individually and not in a gift box.

Order placed through the Marketplace will be packed and shipped in standard shipping packaging, not in a gift box. Standard brown packing supplies and bubble wrap(if applicable) will be used for packing and shipping purposes. It will contain a packing slip.
